Launch
Outlook XP (2002).
From the main window, click on "Tools" >>
"E-Mail Accounts"
Select "Add a new e-mail account" and
click "Next".

Select "POP3" and then click "Next"
to continue.

Your Name: Enter your name as you will want it
to appear in your e-mails.
E-mail Address: This is your e-mail address.
E.g. "someone@yourdomain.com"
Incoming Mail Server: For the name of the Incoming
Mail server, it will depend on your domain name. If you have
a domain called "yourdomain.com", then you should
configure it as "mail.yourdomain.com".
Outgoing Mail Server: For the SMTP server, enter the SMTP
server name of your ISP. Here is a list of common SMTP servers:
1. Singnet - mail.singnet.com.sg
2. Pacific Internet - smtp.pacific.net.sg
3. Cyberway - smtp.cyberway.com.sg
4. Singtel Magix - mail.magix.com.sg
5. Starhub SCV - smtp.starhub.net.sg
Username: This is the same as your e-mail address
E.g. "someone@yourdomain.com"
Password: This is the password to retrieve your
e-mails.
The username and password are both case sensitive
so make sure it is entered all lowercase.
DO NOT CHECK "Log on Using Secure Password Authentication".
Click "Next".

Click on "Finish" and your E-mail account
is complete.
